Reads a night's EDF set straight off an AirSense 11 SD card — BRP 25 Hz flow, PLD 0.5 Hz pressure/leak/ventilation, SA2 oximetry, and the device-scored EVE/CSL annotations — and turns them into a per-night, per-session therapy read. Device-scored apneas are the top tier; the SpO₂ lane is self-gated for squeeze artifacts.
